Great hotel! There is a parking close to the rooms. The rooms are clean. There are hot springs in the hotel so you can enjoy different pools. There is also a slide which was fast and interesting. The breakfast is a buffet and the food was tasty. The breakfast starts early from 6:30, so you are able to catch most of the tours after breakfast. The staff is helpful and kind. There are also some hiking trails and a viewpoint for the volcano.

Big hotel complex with hot springs pools. Excellent breakfast, transport around the area by hotel minibus. A wonderful view of the Arenal volcano from the room

My family visited Los Lagos with a group of friends. The Springs were nice but the rooms didn’t have any seating other than the beds. The food was ok and the alcoholic drinks were lacking. The grounds were well taken care of and we enjoyed seeing the volcano, but probably would not stay here again.
