VILLAS RÍO MAR ^{* *}

Nice resort with two swimming pools and restaurant. Good location. We saw couple of slots two minutes from the resort.

we used 8 hotels in during our holiday across Costa Rica, they were all excellent and better than advertised except Villa Rio Mar in Dominical. The management of this hotel do not care about customers. I was given a Villa room at Villas Rio Mar which was very substandard for a two star hotel (it is definitely not a 3*). I complained and got a budget room instead as this was all they had. No compensation for the difference was provided although both my tour operator and I asked. On another review, the hotel claimed they explained the situation, but did nothing of the sort. They will respond to a review in minutes but not deal with a real issue in days. The hotel rooms I saw all need a refresh! The wifi does not work in the room and many basic facilities are missing. Some of the the UK people there were with Titan holidays and they also found the people at reception difficult and limited with the truth.

Mon 2ème sejour dans ce merveilleux lodge et toujours aussi ravi d’avoir choisi cet endroi incroyable. Le jardin tropical, la piscine, les chambres et surtout un petit déjeuner incroyable !! Je recommande a 100%
