Do NOT stay here! This was the absolute worst resort I have ever encountered! Amongst unclean room and passive staff, several items including, shoes, AirPods, and chargers and more were STOLEN from me! When I altered the staff, they did absolutely nothing! The guest services manager had me fill out a lost and found paper after I expressed it was not lost, but stolen! The rooms were extremely old and unkept. They smelled awful and there were dead bugs, one on my pillow. The restaurant staff was nice, but there were cats in the restaurant which was a no for me. The air was set to freezing and you could not make changes. The food was not good and you could only dine at the buffet daily. Just a horrible experience overall. I loved Costa Rica the first time I visited Liberia so I thought this would be similar, but no Fiesta is awful and San Juan is extremely different!

I spent 2 days trying to get a hold of someone to pay a reservation my friend had booked for us. In my efforts to talk to someone I gave up and booked another and paid for it. Now they won’t cancel her reservation and are going to hold her responsible for the money still. This is ridiculous. The receptionist does nothing but answer the phone and transfer you to reservation and then you wait forever just for someone to finally answer and they hang up on you! I must have did this 20 times yesterday!

Hotel sobre valorado.
La comida es regular.
Las instalaciones son viejas, huelen a humedad, te ofrece una refrigeradora en la habitación y no dan ni agua embotellada, gaseosas, café, como lo hacen otros todos incluidos.
Las actividades durante el día son malas.
