We went to have a meal as a family. We reserved a table about 2h before lunch. Then when we arrived to have our lunch, they told us we had to choose our food in advance... And seated other people that arrived after us without making a reservation (I asked the other clients). Apparently a newbie made a mistake but the manager didn't want to take responsibility. He was very aggressive. The view is great of course. The menu isn't local but international, and a bit pricey for the area. It's one of my rare bad experiences in Costa Rica.

Ich durfte zwei Nächte bei Euch als ganz normaler Gast ein Häuschen für mich alleine buchen und war überglücklich, dass ich zum dritten Male bei euch sein durfte. Leider wollte meine Gesundheit nicht so, wie ich es mir vorstellte und brauchte Eure Hilfe!! Einen grossen Dank an den Chef Jorge Serrano und seine fantastischen Worte - Du bist nicht nur Gast sondern auch Freund und für einen solchen tute ich alles! Was du auch getan hast lieber Jorge!!! nochmals herzlichen Dank! den 20. und 21. Januar 2024 werden wir nicht so schnell vergessen! Es grüsst dich Roberto Danke!

We just boarded location and had a great lunch.

Absolutely stunning scenery. Stayed here winter of 2016/2017.
We enjoyed the nice view in the room, the trails and the wildlife.
Food is okay but you dont have many options.
The room gets pretty cold at night.
