Our tour of Finca la Florita was incredible. We fell so in love with Karla and her farm. She was so gentle with our kids, who were breaking down at the beginning of the tour after a long car ride. Even though we come from a cattle farm, we learned so much about a different, more connected way to raise animals: the diet of the cows, the local grasses and wildlife, and a truly beautiful way to live. We are so grateful Karla let us into her life for a little while, and our day with her is a highlight of our time in Costa Rica.

Explornatura's staff, instructors, and expertise is unmatchable! They are knowledgeable, responsive, and great with all ages. My son has attended their Spanish and surf/nature camp for three years and we intend to cone back each year. The community is impressively diverse with thoughtful families committed to their kids’ education. Highly recommended!

La experiencia fue fantástica. Hicimos rafting en el Pacuare con el equipo de Explornatura y no pudo ser mejor. Desde que salimos de Turrialba hasta que acabó el día todos se mostraron super amables, Jose Luis y Charlie fueron unos grandes instructores (la experiencia de 10 y además nos reímos muchísimo!) y la comida estuvo deliciosa! Recomendable 100%

We have done rafting and canyoning. It was really exiting, with a professional and enthousiastic staff. They have a lot of personal attention and a good lunch. ????
We definitely come back here, when we are in Costa Rica again!!
