Amazingly quiet room despite windows facing busy pedestrian street. Clean. Great service. Solid restaurant. I had trouble sleeping due to allergies when running air conditioning, but it getting too warm when I turned it off. Probably a fairly unique issue to me and my allergies.

The hotel is nice. The surrounding area is not. It doesn’t make sense to punish the hotel for something that’s true of San Jose as a whole though. Truth be told, compared to many other nearby hotels, the immediate vicinity of this hotel is pretty decent (for two of its four sides, anyway). One thing I was mildly displeased about was the lack of a couch or loveseat in the upgraded room I paid for. The chair and bed were both comfortable though. The breakfast was also pretty good. One more thing to add. I got a steak and two bourbon and cokes at the top floor restaurant. It was a hundred bucks after my tip. Just something to keep in mind. Steak was good.

Estuvimos en su zona de restaurant. El lugar, el ambiente, la atención y su comida excelente!! Cumplió nuestras expectativas.
