Not sure how this hotel got 4 stars, apart from the beautiful lobby and restaurant, the other areas were really old. A hostel can also be like that, beautiful decorations but acceptable bedding. Our room was not worth the price we paid (almost 2XX per night for a room worth 3 stars). You can’t put simple decorations and called it 4 stars, it doesn’t work like that. Also, we could not sleep at all, despite requested for quiet room they gave us the room on 3rd floor closed to the bus stop which we can hear all the noise from the street (the noise stop at 1 am and begin again on 5 am) The only two good things here are the two staffs who did the check-in and check-out for us and also room cleanliness.

We are sorry that your pleasant was not up to your expectations. Our rooms are undergoing renovations and soon we will offer you a whole new look. Regarding the noise of the city, there is difficult to stay in the middle of a busy city like San Jose and expect the quiet of the suburbs

la ubicación es un poco oscura por los alrededores, según comentan por las noche pueden ser peligroso, para fumar hay que salir a la calle, pero todo lo demás muy bien incluido las cenas y el servicio, con mucho personal.

We loved this hotel and the location so close to all the action! Our room was bigger than expected and the hotel itself was beautiful with flowers and the architecture. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, we loved chatting with Daniel at the front desk, what a nice guy! The spread for the included breakfast was presented very well with many different options. They had parking for our car and a restaurant in the hotel as well.
