COSTA RICA GUESTHOUSE

We never checked into the hotel they had a system error .Instead of giving us access to the room and then solving the problem they told us to wait in the lobby. The incompetent, unprofessional receptionist should not work in the service profession. After 1 hour of waiting, we canceled the room and went to another hotel. Despite their mistake, they charged my card for the overnight stay. Scandal!!!
After returning home I contacted Booking and them further with the hotel they concerned me about arrogance and they lied that we left the hotel after a few minutes that we did not give them the chance to solve problems. The staff and their actions it is a shame for the hotel industry and a shame that such people are allowed to work in professions where they mostly come into contact with foreign tourists !!! It is something company management should think about.

Wer billig bucht, bekommt auch billig. Lage ist ok, das sieht man ja vor der Buchung ????. Zu Fuß innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten in der Avenida Central. Das Zimmer (Privatzimmer mit geteiltem Badezimmer) war super dunkel und karg. Es gibt nur zwei Badezimmer für wer weiß wie viele Gäste. Ich musste oft warten, bis eines frei wurde. Sauberkeit der Badezimmer war so lala, ständig nass, da immer wer duscht. Hängt natürlich auch von der Rücksichtnahme der anderen Gäste ab. Wurden immerhin mehrmals täglich gereinigt. Ruhezeiten gibt es keine: Die ganze Nacht über wurde geklingelt, Leute kamen und gingen, redeten extrem laut (auch nachts um 2!). Also erholsamer Schlaf sieht anders aus.
Am schlimmsten war allerdings das Flughafenshuttle: Ich kam abends am Flughafen an, hatte das Shuttle vorab über das Hostel bestellt. Es war nicht da. Das ist als alleinreisende Frau natürlich doof. Auf Nachfrage beim Hostel hieß es, es läge keine Anfrage vor. Ich hatte allerdings per Mail eine Bestätigung bekommen. Keine Entschuldigung.

Personnel super serviable et attentionné. Endroit très détendu avec accès à beaucoup de choses à faire dans la région. Pura vida!

C'est un hôtel très bien situé. Nous marchons partout. Il y a des chambres partagées ou avec salle de bain partagée. Nous en avons pris une avec salle de bain.
