Sensational!! Excellent service, beautifully decorated and spacious rooms. Brilliant breakfast. The entire place is so rustic and typically Sardinian it was very magical. This is now our favourite hotel on a couples holiday!
Rooms: We stayed in a Deluxe Suite with a bath which was on the lower ground which was incredible spacious and cute. It felt like a very romantic and beautiful cave. The hot bath is brilliant and although takes 35 minutes to set up, was incredibly relaxing.
Service: Outstanding!! The staff whatsapped me 36 hours before check in to see if I needed anything. They'll help you with parking if you're coming by car or motorbike. They also keep in touch with you throughout the day if you asked them to book a restaurant for dinner in town. Communication was perfect! The best from a hotel we've ever had.
Parking: They gave instructions to parking and for a car there is a parcchegio 100 metres from the hotel. We were on a motorbike so they gave us a key to the hotel's garage a few doors down - which was the prettiest little space that was secured with a metal gate and we always had access to it.
Breakfast: Excellent choices and spread - it is made to order so we needed to order breakfast the night before.
Bonus: if you're a Disney fan - the house felt a lot like the Casa Madrigal in Encanto. It was truly magical!
