Freundliche Mitarbeiter und interessante Unterkunft aber im Zimmer riecht es schimmelig und der Transport des Gepäcks in die Zimmer über die Treppen ist sehr anstrengend. Keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze. Zimmer zu teuer für die angebotene Leistung.

The hotel is located very central with a lot of bars and restaurants around.
Staff is very friendly and helpful (we had bad luck with a reservation of a boat trip where we got the wrong starting time from the hotel. But in the end it worked out).
There is no free parking around the hotel. There is a free parking approx. 500m from the hotel.
Breakfast in the beautiful patio was very good.

Wir hatten die Suite Emozioni gebucht und es hatte schon etwas märchenhaftes, ebenso das Hotel generell. Das Frühstück erfolgte auf einem traumhaften Innenhof und war sehr lecker (wir können das Spiegelei mit traditioneller Wurst und Brot empfehlen). Der Service war perfekt, die Bootstour war eine sehr gute Empfehlung und auch gut koordiniert und für die Restaurant-Empfehlungen können wir uns nur bedanken. Auch die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war sehr hilfreich.
Einzig die Klimaanlage hatte bei den 35 Grad gut zu kämpfen und Ohropax aufgrund der zentralen Lage sind für Hellhörige zu empfehlen.
Ansonsten sagen wir einfach nur "Danke" für den tollen Aufenthalt!
