小酒店距离海滩100米,提供带阳台的客房,可俯瞰大海、山峰或花团锦簇的天井。
这家小型的纯白酒店位于离海滩100米的地方,就在Plaisance港口的后面。所有的房间都有一个阳台,可以看到大海、山峰或一个天井的景色。这个地方的主要特点是面对大海的餐厅的辉煌露台(从12点到15点半,从18点半到23点开放)。由于客户数量众多,所以必须偶尔出席,因为它是本地区最负盛名的餐厅之一。这里有各种特别的海洋水果菜肴(20种开胃菜)。对于美食家来说,这是一个很好的地址。

Abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno all'Hotel Pop.
La posizione è comodissima, in quanto di fronte al porto di Cala Gonone, da cui partono tutte le escursioni per la meravigliosa Costa di Baunei.
La camera era spaziosa e con balcone vista mare, che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Arredamento un po' demodé.
Il parcheggio è gratuito e gli spostamenti auto interni sono gestiti dal personale dell'hotel.
Per la colazione personalmente avremmo preferito che ci fossero dei prodotti artigianali (torte fatte in casa, biscotti, brioche, ecc...), come abbiamo invece trovato in altri hotel durante la vacanza.
Tutto sommato lo consigliamo!

Super schönes Hotel direkt am Hafen.
Zimmer sauber und ausreichend groß.
Das Personal ebenfalls sehr freundlich und Frühstück auch in Ordnung.
Parken ist ein wenig schwierig. Wenn der Parkplatz voll ist, besteht die Möglichkeit am Hafen zu parken, aber auch hier ist es sehr sehr schwer einen Platz zu finden. Wir hatten Glück und haben in einer Nebenstraße einen Parkplatz finden können.

Was really looking forward to my stay here but it turned out to be a terrible experience and really put a sour note on my otherwise wonderful Sardinian vacation. I have never had such a poor experience at a hotel that has compelled me to write a review until now. The front door was hidden and difficult to find but that was the least of my worries. Upon check in, I realized my booking was for 3 nights but I only needed 2 nights so I asked the hotel if they would allow me to make change my booking as it was a genuine error. The hotel refused as they are within their cancellation policy rights to do so, so I accepted the situation and did not argue. I figured I will just use the room for as long as I needed on the last day but not stay the night. The beds were not the most comfortable but the location was right at the pier, perfect for early morning boat excursions.
The receptionist informed me I had breakfast included in my reservation so I ate breakfast all 3 days. Upon check out, the receptionist said to me "I'm sorry but I thought you had breakfast in your booking but in fact you do not so you will have to pay". I was quite appalled as never have I stayed at a hotel where the staff makes a mistake, admits it, and then makes the customer pay for it. I asked to speak with the manager who proceeded to yell at me, speak over me and never once heard me out. It was very unprofessional, unfriendly and ungentlemanly. I expressed to the receptionist it is her duty to confirm booking details such as breakfast with guests' upon check-in and she told me it is not her responsibility. I guess I was expecting too much for a 3 star hotel. The price of the breakfast was not an issue it is the principle of how the situation was handled.
Also, this was not the only issue but rather the last straw that broke the camel's back. On my second day, I was woken at 8am by the housekeeper bursting into my hotel room without warning and then screaming when she saw me in the bed and slammed the door shut...not once did she apologize or knock and verbally inform me that housekeeping was entering. I was so startled and thought someone had broken into my room. Also, they ask you to leave the key at the front desk every time you exit the hotel, but most of the time, there was no one during operating hours.
Then on the worst situation of all happened the morning of my last day. Even though it was settled that I was going to pay for all 3 nights and the manager said I could "stay all 3 nights or leave after 2 - it is not problem since it is already paid for", while I was enjoying my breakfast the receptionist interrupted me and asked when I am leaving in a very impatient manner. I told her not until later in the afternoon not understanding why it mattered. She then asked me to vacate the room asap because the cleaners are leaving at 11am...I asked her why do I need to vacate when I've paid for 3 nights and therefore I am within my rights to stay for on the 3rd day (even if not for the night)? They refused to refund me for the 3rd night yet now want to kick me out? She rolled her eyes at me very condescendingly and said they need to clean the room since I am not staying the night. I calmly told her that it's not polite to kick a paying customer out and my vacation is not on the cleaner's schedule. It is very distasteful and tacky to try to tell me to leave even though I've paid for the night - I asked her why they can't just clean the room tomorrow morning instead? She immediately appeared embarrassed she hadn't thought of that herself and stopped harassing me.
Then upon check out, I waited 20 minutes under the hot 40°C sun for the valet to bring my car, the receptionist said the make and model in Italian to make it clear (Fiat cinquecento nera) but they brought the wrong car still and I had to wait another 15 minutes. Overall, it was the worst hotel experience of my life. Avoid this establishment and find a hotel with more professional and competent staff if you value your vacation time and want to be treated respectfully as a paying guest.

Excelent location, wonderful and helpful staff.
Good breakfast. Room was not so big but very comfortable and neat. I’d choose it again if I’m lucky enough to travel back to Cala Gonone. Thanks Hotel Pop for a great stay!!!
