Il nostro appartamento era perfetto, pulito e ben attrezzato di tutto ciò che serviva, posizionato proprio di fronte alla piscina e al bar con una piccola veranda per rilassarsi e prendere il fresco. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile.
La struttura è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla strada principale dove ci sono tanti locali in cui si mangia benissimo.
È stata una breve ma piacevolissima vacanza.

Séjour parfait, hébergement confortable, personnel charmant et efficace, piscine et lieux communs très bien entretenus, proche des restaurants et de 2 petits supermarchés.
Il est préférable d'avoir une voiture car il y a de magnifiques plages aux alentours et de belles promenades à faire

The apartments look like high-end facilities with a pool and facilities. However, the reality is that it is a hotel complex with a reception surrounded by a wall. After 2 weeks of traveling in Sardinia, I think it's below average, the apartments are poorly equipped, the small hot water tank means that when you wash the dishes, 2 people probably don't shower anymore. Checkout is already at 10am, unfortunately there is no possibility to extend it. It's not the accommodation's fault, but the place is full of mosquitoes, so sleeping with the window open is quite risky.

Mi septembre : Prix moyen plus. Bien placé pour plages ( même à pied ). Calme, très propre ( ménage et changement linge réguliers ) . Piscine agréable. Quiétude.

Fijn zwembad en prima complex. Groot nadeel is vroege uitcheck tijd, namelijk 10 uur. Daarna mag ook geen gebruik meer gemaakt worden van zwembad, terras etc. Dus een kopje koffie drinken na het inpakken zit er niet in. Uiterst onaardige mannelijke receptionist.

Struttura molto bella, pulita ed organizzata.
Il mio alloggio era posizionato male rispetto alla luce solare quindi molto buio.
La cucina ha un frigo piccolino e manca un congelatore, un forno o un fornetto.
Non ci sono le zanzariere.
La lavatrice ad uso comune a mio parere troppo caro un lavaggio a 8€ + detersivo a parte.

Ontzettend goed en meer dan alternatief voor het dichtstbijzijnde park.
Mega aardig personeel. Schoon, goede ligging en prima prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding. Prima plek in Arbatax. Vlakbij haven en restaurants op loopafstand. Wil je vlakbij strand dan moet je een auto of brommers hebben. Ze verhuren fietsen welke je de korte afstand kan overbruggen. Italianen worden alleen mega onrustig als je op de weg fietst. Dus na 1 dag hadden wij dat wel gezien. Door social media is deze plek zeer gewild bij Nederlandse vakantiegangers. Dus sta niet verbaasd als je bij het zwembad de voertaal Nederlands hoort. Wij waren zeer enthousiast over de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel als je vragen hebt over de omgeving. Lees mijn reviews over de restaurants in de buurt.
