Un bel villaggio,prossimo alla baia di Chia.
Molto ben curato e immerso nella vegetazione mediterranea
Camere spaziose e pulite.
Cibo buono e a volontà.
Il prezzo buono considerando che era la fine di Settembre.

Bel villaggio, camera che lascia un pò a desiderare. Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato capelli sul letto,nel bagno invece c'erano lesioni su alcune mattonelle e lo scarico si bloccava. Cibo passabile ma nulla di che...

Non gli si può dire nulla, si può parlare solo che in positivo di questa struttura e del suo personale, della posizione ed in generale di tutto, ovvio che tutto questo ha un costo adeguato alle aspettative, ottimo.

I expected more from the rooms and the air-conditioning was very noisy. Breakfast was fine.

It can be confusing to see that I am willing to come back after a 3 star review, but here is something that you need to be aware if you come from America to any Italian place that is not own by a family, their is no culture of customer experience, so if you can passover this then your experience will be better, 2nd the place is big and for some reason they are under staff so this comes with a lot of thing that are not going to be fit by your arrival and the current staff have a huge issue to speak to you in English, if the staff is Italian they will make you speak Italian but not in a nice way and if the staff is not Italian most of the time the English will not be reliable, I know the expectations of European concerning food, in my case I was OK with the food because it was included in my package but I am sure that many Europeans will not be happy with the food, many standards in the buffet are not reinforce, been someone that worked for Royal Caribbean, is very weird that in such a place you will have the scramble eggs cold at 8:00 am every day, then in the lunch some of the hot dishes cold because they didn't install the under heater. But in my case having a baby the facilities are just perfect to deal with a baby or infant, and the beach is amazing, they provide free fries and miny pizza for kids under 4 and that is cool. Also in my stay I never saw anyone identify as security staff.
