HOTEL MARE PINETA ^{* * * *}

Arrivee dans une première chambre dans une odeur nauséabonde, sans eau chaude
Changement de chambre après réclamation, toujours pas d'eau chaude, lunette des toilettes cassee qui le restera pendant 5 nuits malgré nos remarques, mini bar ne fait pas de froid .....
Apres de nombreuses remarques on nous propose d'aller visiter une chambre a l'hôtel Flamengo ( village vacances très bruyant surtout le week-end !) Nous restons donc à mare pineta du fait que nos 5 nuits étaient payées....
Piscine sans accès escalier ou échelle
Pas de véritable restaurant, un menu unique à 30 euros hors boissons est proposé ....
Petit-déjeuner correcte mais rien de passionnant.
Dommage aucun geste commercial !!
Check-out a faire à l'hôtel Flamengo prevoir environ 20 minutes pour régler.
Cependant l'emplacement est splendide
Mais à éviter dans les conditions de notre séjour

Wunderschön, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig für einen mitteleuropäischen verwöhnten. Alles aber sehr bemüht, wenige sprechen Deutsch.

Hotel bom e agradável para quem quer umas férias sossegadas e no meio da natureza. Staff TOP, muito simpático e prestável, tenho que realçar o Fabrizio da recepção e o Maitre Vitorio e a sua jovem equipa. Parabéns e obrigado por uma semana muito bem passada.
Nota: Se querem conhecer o Sul da Sardenha é imprescindível alugar carro, porque esta zona da Sardenha tem praias espetaculares.

I am staying at Mare Pineta at the moment. We arrived on Tuesday and until this moment ( Friday ) there’s no Wi-Fi and hot water. We complained about this multiple times and we only got a shrug of the shoulders . They re-opened 3 days prior to our arrival and there’s lots of works still going on. Which is unpleasant. Additionally there’s “little “ details that make a big difference on our stay :
- there’s no stairs to go down / up the swimming pool ( my wife it’s 6 month pregnant ) and that means she can’t enjoy it ;
- The breakfast consists on tinned fruit and limited choices;

Maybe they re-opened too som before all the works were finished but we were no awared of this otherwise we wouldn’t have booked.
There was no help or other offers from the staff and they didn’t seem bothered about our complaints.

uwaga na rezerwacje!!hotel jest zamkniety i nie przyjmuje gosci!!Na miejscu przeczytasz kartke na bramie,zebys zameldowal sie w ich drugim hotelu Flamingo.Wiec nie masz wyjscia,bo NIKT przy rezerwacji sie o tym nie zajaknal.Bardzo brzydka praktyka.
zamiast do klimatycznego i cichego hotelu trafiasz do rodzinnego resortu,do ktorego nie miales najmniejszej ochoty trafic!!
