Heerlijk gegeten! Met name de fregola met doperwten en scampi, een uitzonderlijk goed gerecht dat ik niet snel zal vergeten. Service was toegankelijk en vriendelijk, lekker losjes bij eten van zulk hoog niveau.

Non ho dormito lì, ma il ristorante affacciato sulla piscina, il servizio dei bravissimi e preparati camerieri, unitamente alla squisitezza dei cibi freschi, buonissimi e bellissimi preparati dai cuochi, completa l'atmosfera della cena.
Non è per tutte le tasche ma l'esperienza merita

Recently visited due to a wedding ceremony. Loved the location and view from the main restaurant. The rooms seems cozy and luxurious! The food was very tasty!

Dont even know where to start. Reading the reviews I decided to check out this restaurant (I was not staying at the hotel)
We decided for the 7 course Menu to try as mant things as possible as the reviews were all positive.

The food: in my opinion this menu was a complete desaster. Everything was wrong. From the concept to the execution. Food had a pretencious “wanna be” gourmet with no flavour and autenthicity. Most of the dishes were cold, with an absurd amount of sauce, flavors that didint combine (fish and foundue cheese). We have been to many chef menus but never seen this lack of taste, concept and bad execution. Some of the dishes we could not eat so bad was the taste.

The service: amazing. Probably the most friendly servers I came across in Italy. They were super polite and chilled and made us extremelly taken cara of the entire evening.

Non abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel, ma siamo andati per caso a cena. Migliore scoperta della nostra vacanza sino ad oggi! ECCEZIONALE! Dalla ricercatezza del cibo al personale di sala. Il Sig. Bruno ci ha aiutato a scegliere il Vino e ci ha accompagnato per tutta la serata, è stato semplicemente fantastico. Grazie!

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla qualità del cibo e dal servizio disponibile e mai invadente. I patti comunicano l’amore verso la materia prima, valorizzata da accostamenti ricercati. I prezzi sono assolutamente in linea con l’esperienza offerta. La cena è accompagnata da una selezione di panificati fatti in casa. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la scelta di introdurci alla cena con dei calici di benvenuto ed une entrée dalla cucina e di salutarci con la petite pâtisserie.

Uno dei migliori ristoranti della zona mai provati.
Menù interessante, un po' spregiudicato, ma deciso e saporito che regala emozioni, forse un po' sbilanciate? Ma emozioni.
Carta dei vini ampia, nazionale e internazionale (raro da queste parti), ma a prezzi giusti, e con chicche come Emidio Pepe.
Servizio con punte e valli, ma di livello con il locale.
Pani, focacce e olio di accompagnamento degni del menù, una nota locale importante che dà carattere e tono.
Uno dei migliori primi mai provati, detto da uno che predilige i secondi.
Qualcosa da affinare c'è? Sicuramente, ma è stata un'esperienza eccezionale, da ripetere.

Nous avons diné dans ce restaurant un peu par hasard sans être clients de l’hôtel, quelle belle surprise ! Je n’en dis pas plus et je vous invite à aller découvrir. Merci pour l’accueil chaleureux.

Accueil chaleureux avec une coupe de vin mousseux fait maison offert.

Nous avons commandé deux plats de pâtes (spaghetone ail noir et crevettes crues ) : Un délice . Puis en plat principal le pavé de Thon et filet de bar de mer : La également nous n’avons pas été déçu par la qualité des mets mais également les quantités généreuses .
Au delà du contenu de l’assiette , le service était vraiment chaleureux et de qualité .
Pour couronner le tout, l’addition était vraiment abordable .
Nous recommandons à 100%.

Went for dinner at this restaurant. Was seated facing the swimming pool with landscape and jazz music playing in the background. We got a few choices of complimentary bread to start. Highly recommend the pork cheek with cheese for the appetizer. Did not take a photo for this dish. It was a mixture of savory and sweet. Flavor was unexpected and everything on the dish nicely complimented each other.

Top Restaurant, überragende Qualität der Menüs, sehr kreativer Küchenchef! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr professionell aber auch sehr familiär ohne aufdringlich zu sein. 5 Sterne für diesen Service!!!

The restaurant and the staff is very nice. There are some small things they could improve on. The fish tartare had just few drops of agrume. It was good, but I would put a bit more of it, proportionally to the fish. The asparagus risotto was good. It had a bitter back taste probably because of the onion broth. Could be interesting to add some lemon drops/zest or use a different broth.
