Wineglass Bay Lookout - Moyen à difficile - Compter 1 heure à 1 heure 15 aller-retour - 2,6 km.
在到达观景点之前，这座突兀而又精致的山峰在巨大的花岗岩石（巨石）之间摇曳。某些人偶尔还能欣赏到附近海湾中的白鲸或长尾鳕。路径上有许多行军路线。沿一条小路返回。
Wineglass Bay & Hazards Beach - Difficile - Compter 4-5 heures - 11 km en boucle.
沿着前面的路线一直走到酒杯湾瞭望台（Wineglass Bay Lookout），然后下到酒杯湾海滩（Wineglass Bay plage）。穿过危险海滩（Hazards Beach）和大蚝湾（Great Oyster Bay），绕一大圈回到出发点（酒杯湾鲤鱼潭）。整个赛道与梅森山相接。
阿莫斯山（Mt Amos ）--难度--需 3 小时返回--3.6 公里。
阿莫斯山山顶的路线与酒杯湾观景点的路线不同。它既崎岖又险峻，在岩石上显得格外坚固。尤其是在雨季之后，它可能会变得冰冷。
