SECRETS BAHÍA REAL RESORT & SPA ^{* * * * *}

I spent my honeymoon at the Secrets in Corralejo.
What I really enjoyed was how attentive and kind the staff was. I particularly loved the Preferred Club waitresses in the breakfast area, the kind cleaning ladies, the cooks at the buffet restaurant and Himitsu, and the receptionists.

In general I‘ve had a great time at the hotel and would recommend it to anyone who wants to relax, BUT:

Considering how the brand tries to appear as luxurious as possible, I‘d love to see them put the work in.
I could give several examples of the hotel not being 100%, but I‘d like to specifically see work done at the pool area.

I was quite disappointed that the man, who was in charge of the pool area, did not enforce the hotel‘s rule about lounger reservation AT ALL, even after pointing the policy out to him. It is incredibly annoying and frustrating, when a bunch of people reserve loungers at 9 in the morning and don‘t use them for several hours. I really did not feel like fighting for a chair at the pool at a luxury resort but had no other option. You need to do better, guys. This is not it.

The Sugar Reef, Barefoot restaurant and Rock & Ball were closed when we were there. Didn‘t love that either.

Long story short: lovely experience, but at this price point it is disheartening, when customers notice the cracks in the luxury facade.

Beautiful hotel very restful and excellent staff who were very helpful. Food was brilliant

Fui a comer al restaurante de la picina,y me pedí un salmorejo q decía con jamón y tenía cuatro trasparentes y nada ni 1 gramo osea y unas tostás d ibérico y a lo mejor 3 gramos d jamón con pan d molde una Heineken y fueron más de 30 euros.osea no volveré solo lujo,y se come vistas.

Die beste Wahl auf Fuerteventura ... sehr schönes, super gelegenes Hotel ... fußläufig nicht weit von Corralejo entfernt ???? Nettes, freundliches, hilfreiches und zuvorkommendes Personal ???? Lecker Essen mit reichlich Auswahl ... sehr schöner und übergroßer Spa Bereich ... Viele verschiedene Bars und Restaurants in der Hotelanlage sorgt für Abwechslung ???? Von uns eine klare Empfehlung ????????
