El hotel está muy bien ubicado y se descansa perfectamente. Nos quedamos en una espaciosa habitación exterior con balcón y unas vistas preciosas. La atención ha sido excelente y esmerada. Volveremos :-)

Ya me he alojado en el acogedor Hotel Madrid varias veces, y se con lo que me voy a encontrar; ubicación muy céntrica para realizar mis gestiones, precioso entorno el de la Plaza de Cairasco , junto al emblemático Gabinete Literario , el ruido por las noches puede venir de fuera si la habitación es exterior y también interior debido a los antiguos pisos de madera del hotel que ocasionan bastante ruido y pueden interrumpir el sueño a cualquier hora de la madrugada, unas alfombras podrían amortiguar algo los pasos pero entiendo que es un costo añadido mantenerlas limpias. El mantenimiento técnico no es el mejor, pequeños detalles en mi habitación baño con toallero roto, armario necesitaría de una balda para colocar la ropa y la barra de colgar algo mas baja, para que personas de menor talla puedan usarla. Precio correcto y servicio atento y amable.

Excelente ubicación.
Habitación en correspondencia con lo pagado y siendo un hotel con "solera"(Algo que por su veteranía ha adquirido calidad). Fascinante la belleza de edificio cercano como El Gabinete Literario de Las Palmas de Gran Canarias que realzaba el encanto del lugar invitando a disfrutar de las vistas en el balcón común tan con encanto.

In der Altstadt von Las Palmas de Gran Canarias gelegen.
Komplett durchsaniertes,historisches Hotel. Die Lage ist einzigartig an einem wunderschönen Platz.
Unbedingt einen Besuch wert.

This is historically an iconic hotel, which was the reason for our visit! We spent three nights here. If you do not mind creaky floors, which adds to the charm, and draughty doors, then I'd recommend a visit and if you're lucky, you may get to sleep in room no 3! It was spotlessly clean. The gentleman at the reception was most welcoming and helpful. A balcony provides a view over the wonderful plaza and views of the wonderful Gabinete Literario. This is also worth a visit and has a good restaurant. Do visit the Plaza San Francisco and the lovely church. Work is ongoing repaving but let that not put you off. The Madrid restaurant, next door to the hotel, serves very good freshly made fruit juices. We also had very nice pizzas in the Italian, down the road. This is a good base if you would like to spend some time exploring the beautiful architecture of the Vegueta and visit el Mercardo.

Bardzo dobra relacja ceny do jakości. Pokoje ładne, lokalizacja obiektu bardzo dobra. W pokojach mogłoby być bardziej czysto. Nie ma w nich nawet szklanki, czy czajnika do zagotowania wody. W obiekcie nie ma windy, w okolicznych ulicach ciężko jest zaparkować.

'S nachts vanaf 01.00 uur tot diep in de nacht werkzaamheden voor het hotel met een bak herrie zodat slapen onmogelijk was.
