Nos mandaron a otro hotel muy bien ubicado y con piscina y jacuzzi por el mismo precio

Booked to stay here in January as the rooms have a balcony but were sent to another hotel which we were informed had the same services. When we arrived at said hotel we were told none of their rooms had a balcony. Incidentally this hotel was still showing availability a week after we were sent elsewhere.

No hay servicio.... te derivan a otro hotel de la misma cadena y similar.
Décevant, par rapport à l'éloge du Petit Futé dessus. Petit déjeuner sans interêt / des vitres opaques, certes contre les vis-à-vis, mais d'un lugubre du coup / à éviter
