Great kocation and very friendly staff. The room was very tired, a/c didn't work.

It was our first visit to the canary Islands and we were keen to avoid the busier touristy areas. We spent two days here and could not have asked for a better experience. It is set in a quiet, tranquil area up the mountains. The hotel has a rustic athmosphare which does not take from the luxurious feel. From our balcony we enjoyed panoramic views of the beautiful pine forests on the mountainside. At night we were able to enjoy the stars. Tenerife is a designated darksky area and we had an unparallelled view of the sky from this location as there is very little light pollution. The hotel is popular with cyclists and hikers and there are good facilities set up to accommodate these groups. We heard that some hikers stay at the hotel and get up at 1am to hike to the summit of Mount Teide to watch the sunrise! The hotel marks the staring point of a number of different walking and hiking routes. We both made good use of the spa facilities which are well maintained and some of the best we have used. They were quiet this time of the year (March) which added to the experience.We both enjoyed a massage in the spa which was a lovely experience in ideal settings. We also dined the restaraunt which serves local delicacies. The breakfast is fantastic. All in all staying at Villalba was one of the highlights of our trip. We hired a car for our trip and found driving on the island to be largely hassle free. There are some winding roads though the mountains but these offer stunning views and all the roads are well maintained. Getting to villalba is probably easiest by car given its is off the beaten track.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with spacious rooms and balcony, cute private spa with pool and dry sauna, great attentive staff and service but the croissants for breakfast were disgusting and hard.

Prachtig hotel met goede wellnes. Kamers zeer ruim en luxueus met mooi uitzicht op de tuin en een zeer groot terras. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

Top of the Hill so bit of hike into town.
Staff are really nice.
Onsite Spa is a relief if you are in a hiking trip.
Evening restaurant food bit pricey fur what you get when there are some really nice family restaurants in town.

Me encanta la ubicación de este hotel , estuvimos yo y mi esposo el año pasado , de lo mejor para desconectar , el spa una maravilla así como la atención , rodeado de una naturaleza extremadamente relajante que nos encantó. La comida no es la gran cosa la verdad pero bien calidad -precio. Volveré sin dudas siempre que quiera unos días relajantes

La atención es excelente, muy atentos y te informan de todo. Las habitaciones son amplias, las camas super cómodas y todo muy limpio. El spa es bastante amplio, tiene varias saunas, jacuzzi y piscina. El agua de la piscina y del jacuzzi para mi no estaban lo suficiente caliente. Tanto en la habitación como en el spa hay hervidor de agua e infusiones. Vale la pena calidad precio.

Todo un descubrimiento! La ubicación del hotel invita a descansar, ir al spa, hacer senderismo, pasear hasta el pueblo, o simplemente cargar pilas...ya que las instalaciones y sobre todo el personal te hacen sentir cómodo y con ganas de quedarte mas días. Además la comida es otra de las agradables sorpresas de la que disfrutamos con la opción de la media pensión. Tenemos muy claro que repetiremos. Felicidades a los propietarios por el Hotel y por su equipo de empleados: recepción, restaurante y limpieza-mantenimiento.

Hotel espectacular en unas de ls zonas más hermosas de Tenerife, Vilaflor. Clima de alta montaña suavizada por la eterna primavera canaria. Hotel precioso, fuimos un fin de semana y desde el momento que entras te quedas maravillado, muy bonita decoración, habitaciones inmensas que no les falta un detalle, baños super grandes, camas gigantes y muyy cómodas. Tiene un spa bastante bien logrado, super suficiente para mi, con la piscina acritalada en la que vimos el atardecer bien calentitos. Cogimos la media pensión y es genial, un muy buen desayuno, no falta de nada, y una cena demasiado rica en su maravilloso restaurante, se trata de cena a la carta, nada de buffet, un 10 por eso. El trato de todo el personal es inigualable, de los mejores servicios que he recibido en todo el mundo, un súper punto a su favor pues la atención del personal es un aliciente para que la estancia sea top y aquí lo tienes. Otro punto a su favor es que es un hotel solo adultos y para mi es algo que no negocio.
En definitiva, si se quiere disfrutar de unas hermosas vacaciones en plena montaña, hacer senderismo desde el hotel, relajarte y estar en un gran ambiente, este es tu hotel en Tenerife.

Only here for one night for my daughters 18th birthday.....from the moment we arrived, the service was amazing, the receptionist was very professional, kind and helpful!
The hotel is set on the edge of a pine forest and is just so quaint and pretty!
We had dinner in the restaurant, such lovely service from Vicente and Noemi and really genuine❤️the food was fab too!
We are still here at the mo and looking forward to our spa day tomorrow.....we live and work in Tenerife and after a very busy Christmas this is just what we needed!
Cant recommend this place enough and will definitely return!!❤️❤️❤️

Lugar absolutamente encantador y de ensueño. El hotel dispone de todo lo necesario para un fin de semana idílico.
Estuvimos mi mujer y yo celebrando nuestro aniversario y nos encantó.
El SPA increíble, la comida muy muy buena, el personal maravilloso y las instalaciones impecables.

Nous voulions être loin de la foule de Los Cristianos et c'était parfait. Bel hotel, beau cadre, personnel accueillant et excellente nourriture.
Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir.
