Rooms and dining room are dirty. We've had spiders webs, ants, clumps of hair in corners and blood, footprints on dirty bedding. Jet2 have all photo evidence but cannot action very much as there is no manager here for 3 days over the weekend. Party of 6 with 3 rooms. Not a 4 star experience. One lovely receptionist tried to raise issues with management but has since been sacked. She didn't think we were even experiencing 3 star never mind 4!

So windy I had trouble walking. Looked like a prison and some staff downright rude. We saw staff being bullied and my friend was aggressively shouted at by a member of staff in Spanish. Would never recommend

Si vous voulez vous reposer, hotel à éviter. Insonorisation des chambres plus que bof. Musique , tapage inadmissible pour ce type d hotel
