Blessed with an awesome location this property is ancient….air condition doesn’t work, super old bed and mattress. I am glad I did not buy full board. Morning breakfast is awful with smelly bakery fruits gone bad. Breakfast closes at 11 and they start wrapping up and taking away spreads by 10.30. We arrived at 9.45 AM to be seated and were welcomed with an enthusiastic waiter complaining everyone wants to come at 10 AM…..I guess a reminder while on vacation you better wake up for sunrise for breakfast. Took him half hour to seat us. The pictures on this hotels website are stunning unlike the property I give that to the photographer did an awesome job. Overall staff is nice however you come here expecting a 5 star facility it will be a huge disappointment.

Maravillosa experiencia en el SPA! Gracias a Ines y Oliver por su atención. Hicimos los dos circuitos de SPA. Nos gusto el concepto porque dejan media hora por pareja en cada circuito sin otras personas, con lo cual se puede hacer uso pleno de las instalaciones. Ademas me deje olvivado el bikini en los vestidores e Ines me llamo para devolvermelo! Gracias!!

Maravilloso Hotel.La experiencia en este Hotel fue maravillosa, me gustaría destacar sobre todo la atención de la gente que trabaja en el Hotel ya que están pendientes de todos los detalles y son todos muy agradables y simpáticos. Por otro lado,el Hotel es precioso con una vistas increíbles y salones muy bien decorados. Por último me gustaría destacar el desayuno ya que tiene mucha variedad y se adaptan a las intolerancias de las personas.

Recomiendo sin duda este Hotel es MARAVILLOSO.

Una barbaridad de hotel, trato 10, el personal mas amable imposible. En cuanto a estancia, es de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado hace tiempo. Como en casa, que personal TAN amable, todo el rato satisfaciendo las necesidades del cliente y haciéndolo todo fácil . Increíble experiencia. Sin duda repetiré.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'hôtel de style colonial et très beau, les espaces piscine agréable, deux sont chauffées. L'accueil à été très sympathique avec Olivier, la chambre est très grande et la literie superbe ! Buffet petit déjeuner énorme ! C'est une adresse à faire, nous nous y sommes bien sentis ! Seul bémol le spa qui n'est pas à la hauteur

Gran hotel. Cómodo, con un diseño maravilloso que facilita el descanso y el relax. El personal es increíblemente amable, cordial y velan todo el tiempo por tu bienestar. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y cómodas, y la zona de piscinas es preciosa, un paraíso. El único pero, la comida, que (ni el buffet ni el restaurante de la piscina) no están a la altura del hotel .

Fuimos SOLO AL SPA. La decoración, el entorno, el ambiente es magnífico. El SPA, masaje de 20 min ( también lo hay de 50) y luego 2 horas entre circuitos y piscina, totalmente individualizado ( o para la pareja) evitando así encontrarte con otras personas en el mismo circuito. Esa intimidad es muy buena. En la piscina, con diferentes chorros y burbujas sí había otras personas pero todo muy controlado.

Fui con mi pareja a disfrutar la experiencia del Spa y cena Buffet, ambos servicios fueron espectaculares. Una lastima que la cena no incluya bebidas, sin embargo, nada de qué preocuparse. Volveré y me alojaré allí desde que pueda.

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours là bas et il n’y a rien à redire en ce qui nous concerne. Tout est juste parfait , de la propreté a la gentillesse du personnel.
Le petit déjeuner est incroyable , les piscines chauffées , les transats et serviettes a dispo et Niquel.
Bref n'hésitez pas un instant.
En plus proximité avec restaurant , commerces et plage.

The hotel looks green (lots of plants), nice and very clean. Staff were nice. There was a guy that helped with the luggage who was by far the most welcoming person at the hotel.

Overall I wouldn't recommend it for families as it had only one warm pool and they didn't let kids bring pool toys in there. The kids pool was far away and rather a baby pool.

At the checkout they charged us 4 EUR per bottle of plain water (tap water not drinkable) which is very cheap behavior for a 5 star hotel.

SPECTACULAR!! Great location, away from the noise of the center but only 5 minutes away from Playa del Duque. The villa we stayed in was amazing, super spatious (the bed was huge) with a small garden and a private jacuzzi, with ocean view!! Loved it!!! All the gardens, the plants and the trees were very well taken care of. Also the decoration was very beautiful. We could always find clean towels by the pool while we were enjoying our drinks there. Moreover, the parking of the hotel was very well organized and secure! Everybody was super polite and helpful!!! The breakfast was also superb!!!!! Lots of choices and everything super fresh! We also had dinner in the special thematic nights that the hotel organizes with live music and great atmosphere!! We definetely recommend it and would love to come back!!! Thank you for everything ????

One of the best options for holidays in Adeje. Great place, very good location (5minutes walking from the Duque beach), great atmosphere within the hotel, 4 swimming pools, very nice garden design and personnel ready to help you for everything. The breakfast is very rich ???? and served in a great spot of the hotel. You can enjoy your drink and sun while sunbathing by the pools. Spa facilities and a gym ????️‍♀️ will keep you in good shape ????.
The parking area is an advantage as well. The room was very comfortable and beyond our expectations. We would definitely visit Vincci again because of the aforementioned reasons and the fact that they care a lot about customers' satisfaction. Thank you Vincci - Adeje!

I expected this to be a dream holiday but it has been disappointing. I had a damaged mattress that no guest should have had to sleep on and we could not enjoy are holiday because of this. My partner also got food poisoning and has spent the whole holiday very unwell and unable to enjoy the stay here. I have seeked a small refund for compensation to resolve this but this was rejected. The owners of this hotel need to create value for the talent here as the staff are very good but clearly over worked.
