A year late at leaving a review but I have to say I couldn't help but compare all our vacations to this one. My husband and I had the best time at this resort (we got engaged here so definitely a memorable trip)! The head chef (from Guatemala or Puerto Rico?) acknowledged that we were vegetarian and didn't have much options so he created dishes for us to suit our dietary needs! We absolutely loved the views and service...we would definitely return!

Excellent hotel, staff and food was very good as was the evening entertainment especially the Elton John tribute act, Puerto Santiago was only a small resort but Los Gigantes is only a ten minute walk away which has a good range of cafes / bar and a marina.
50 yards from the hotel is La Pergola Restraunt which was excellent especially with an outside table.
The only downside was that the area is really hilly and some people might struggle with the hills but would definitely go there again

Habitaciones e instalaciones con vistas inmejorables. El buffet muy variado y de calidad. El restaurante El Olivo también muy aconsejable. El personal amable y atento. Un 10 de hotel.

C'est l hôtel des cafards.. ..
Blathes et cafards dans le restaurant buffet et cafards sur la terrasse de la chambre.

Mon hôtel préféré,mis à part les débiles qui squattent les transats près de la piscine tout est parfait dès le matin avec le jus d'oranges pressées ,il y a même quelques pâtisseries et viennoiseries correctes ce qui est rare chez les espagnols.Le personnel est sympa,cette année on a même eu un réceptionniste parlant français,un exploit aux Canaries.
