Commerces, supermarchés, restaurants et boutiques à pieds
Bord de mer accessibles
Obligés de monter 3 étages à pied pour atteindre le 4e.
Un matin sans eau et ascenseur en panne.Parties communes pas toujours propres.
Accueil un peu limite.
Bonne literie.
Puerto Santiago est calme.

The door lock system was buggy and for a few days we had to always ask the reception to send someone to open the door for us.
Our check in experience was strange too. We got the keys and when we entered the room there were belongings from someone else in the room!
In general the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The breakfast was normal.
The location is also close to the beach, however I recommend you rent a car if you plan to visit the island.
