Tolle gepflegte Poolanlage. Top Service (Coral). Zimmer (Meerblick) nichts auszusetzen, scheint vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden zu sein. Es wurden Gästebetten gestellt, somit vier Betten für alle vorhanden. Keiner mußte auf die Couch. Top!

tillbringade en vecka över påsk på La Quinta Park. Ett lägenhetshotell som är väldigt fräscht och rent med mycket marmor och klinker. Vi hyrde en stor lägenhet pa 2 rum och kök med 4 bäddar (varav en extrabädd) och en generös balkong med utsikt över både poolområdet, havet och Teide i bakgrunden. Det fanns kök med kyl, frys, spis, mikrougn och kaffebryggare. Det var daglig städning. Barnen älskade poolen som var öppen 10.00-18.00 med badvakt. Trots att hotellet ligger 5 min från motorvägsavfarten är läget väldigt tyst och lugnt. Vi skulle gärna bo här igen.

Not a 5 star hotel as advertised on the outside of the buildin more like a bad 3 star. The foods terrible and the hotels fallin to pieces but the worst thing of all is the way the staff and the management treat you especially in the reception and the spa area. It's as though they hate the English with a passion. But the bar staff is absolutely brilliant. They make the holiday. BEWHERE IF YOU ARE ENGLISH. DONT GO. THEY HATE US.

The worst experience I ever had .. booking this hotel via booking .com .. reached the apartment at night .. no where similar to the photos in booking .com not… the receptionist Maria was so rude to our family and had to leave the property .. they didn’t refund the money .. later we figure out lot of other customers have similar experience with this hotel .. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU NEED PEACE OF MIND

NO ES UN HOTEL 4 ESTRELLAS, el hotel como tal cerro hace mucho tiempo. Es un complejo de viviendas vacacionales. La agencia no me informó de ello ni me facilitó el contacto de la persona que da las llaves y tuve problemas al llegar.
De resto estupendo, habitación amplia y limpia con vistas al mar y a la piscina, piscina sin mucha afluencia y vigilada. Sitio muy tranquilo en general

Con la pandemia dejó de ser hotel como tal. Hay apartamentos que son de propietarios y otros de alquiler vacacional.
En líneas generales bien. Apartamentos amplios. El horario de la piscina algo escaso, en verano solo abierta hasta las 19h.

Fuimos al brunch y al spa. El servicio del restaurante lo mejor del brunch. En el spa bastante limitado pero aceptable. Cabe destacar la falta de higiene de los baños del spa.

Nos han atendido de maravilla, hemos disfrutado mucho del circuito acuático y hemos recibido una sesión de masaje espectacular.....hemos salido como nuevas.....muchas gracias por la atención recibida.... repetiremos sin duda

Bonjour
Hôtel chaleureux, très propre où tous les personnels sont accueillants et affables.
Cet établissement qui n'est pas un club, propose tous les soirs une animation (musique zen, danse, flamenco moderne, prestidigitation,...). La restauration est au top des saveurs et diversités.
Excellent lieu pour les departs en excursions (nord-est, nord-ouest et le Teide)
Tenerife n'est pas la destination ideale pour les baignades en mer mais quels paysages extraordinaires!
Seul point négatif ; la literie dont le sommier était abîmé et marelas creusé.
