Firstly I would like to say thank you to all the employees from the hotel , and the lady at the front desk . She was helpful and very nice to myself and my daughter. She made us feel very at home . The rooms was clean and the view from the room at Sunrise Well you decide by I ❤️ it and we enjoyed the whole zante experience. From quads & to boat trip around the land. I was well worth the trip . And lastly the Rooftop bar lounge the two Guys working there . Very polite, always made good cocktails ???? and even had a few late games of uno played while at the bar . Music ???? thanks you to everyone. Big ❤️ will hopeful pop back again I will ????come stay here .

Ich war im Juni diesen Jahres dort und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Kleines,sauberes und gemütliches Hotel. Frühstück bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas und ist nicht vom Angebot her üppig übertrieben. Fand' ich sehr angenehm.

I’m not sure what people are complaining about or expecting exactly but this is a nice little Hotel right in the heart of Zakynthos’s Central Square. The location is phenomenal as you literally walk out the main entrance and you’re in the Town Square. The Hotel is a tad dated as are almost all Hotels in Greece so just get used to that and have a great time. Nice little roof top pool bar that came in handy one day as we arrived late and didn’t want to rush to the beach so we just hit the pool instead and it was awesome. For the price it’s a nice place to stay at as we had no complaints at all.

Staff is extremely kind and welcoming. We asked to use the shower as external guests. Besides fresh towels we got, we had the friendliest lady at the reception. Hairdryer was available too. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the Diana's hotel at the city center. The location is great and ladies at the reception are very kind and helpful however the hotel is rather old. The rooms needs renovation, especially bathrooms. Also you can hear your neighbors which is rather annoying. Moreover, the spa wellness services are provided in the other Diana's hotel, located in Argasi (4km away). The breakfast is ok.

We had the most pleasant stay in this hotel. Angela is the best host hands down! She welcomed us, shared good tips for local food in the area and was in for small talk whenever we would see her! She was the highlight of this place.
Nice rooftop bar with pool.
Great location.
Spacious room.
Airco is definitely a plus.
And we loved the in house wellness!
Small point of improvement would be the “noise reduction” in the rooms.
We would definitely book this hotel when visiting Zakynthos in the future!

Στο διαδίκτυο φαίνεται όμορφο, από κοντά αρχίζει η ταλαιπωρία. Παρκινγκ μόνο για 3 αυτοκίνητα, που σημαίνει ότι δε θα βρεις ποτέ να παρκάρεις. Το spa μινιατούρα και η πισίνα μικρή. Τα δωμάτια παλιάς εποχής με κακής ποιότητας στρώματα. Υπάρχει στα δωμάτια μυρωδιά αποχέτευσης που μάλλον αυτό αποτελεί θέμα της κεντρικής αποχέτευσης. Για να βρούμε παρκινγκ χρειαζόταν 20 με 30 λεπτά περιπλάνηση. Με 198 ευρώ την ημέρα βρίσκει κάποιος πολύ καλύτερα δωμάτια στη Ζακυνθο. Πολύ υπερεκτιμημενο

Very bad hotel ! It is nothing like the photos that they sell with! Staff was not even close to friendly- when we asked about parking they laughed at us…
The Room is maybe TWO stars, no more. Furniture is very old and squeaky, balcony does not have net against mosquitoes and the door is falling apart.
Requested double bed but they did not deliver even that.
Comfort room obviously means room with three beds, not a comfortable room…
There is no dryer at the balcony to leave any wet clothes, and you obviously have some from the beach.
Would not recommend to anyone trying to have a great time in Zakynthos!!!
