Horrible experience. They were extremely unprofessional throughout the booking process. Upon our arrival, they were rude and disrespectful. The room was a scam. We booked a double bed bedroom and they gave us a room with two single beds that wouldn’t connect. The furniture was dirty, the bedsheets and towels had yellow stains. On top of that, the staff would blast music every night from 10pm onwards right outside our room.
Please avoid this place, there are plenty way better and affordable options on the island.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο, απλό και ανθρώπινο. Πολύ όμορφη παραλία ακριβώς από κάτω και δίπλα στη χώρα.

Extremely bad experience, the worst ever in Greece. They promote their structure offering free cancellation (I booked really in advance so I could cancel up to 30 days before arrival- I cancelled more than 2 months before my arrival), they pre-charge half the amount, and they won’t refund you in case of cancellation within legitimate terms. They won’t answer your emails or calls. Also, the place is very, very expensive. There are many other excellent options in Schinoussa, more convenient and pleasant. Stay away from this place.

Struttura da evitare.

The hotel is extremely overpriced for what can offer. The only positive is the view but that can be found in other hotels/rooms in the Chora(main village of the island). Outside of the hotel there were construction equipment left but there was no renovation going on. The rooms, facilities and furniture were very old, definitely didn’t explain the price per night. The communication with the hotel was very difficult, the receptionist was constantly away. To get to the village, you had to walk up a steep road which is ok for young people but with high temperatures it’s quite difficult. After a couple of days speaking with other people on the island, we discovered that the prices of the hotel were way above average and especially for an old hotel like this one. We have forgotten a shirt the day we were leaving and asked the hotel to ship it to the next island. Next day we received a jacket and when I called to send it back and ask for the shirt, they said they couldn’t find it when there was no other guest entering after us. The shirt was for sure kept there either by the hotel or the cleaning stuff.

La recensione riguarda solo il ristorante della struttura. Situato in posizione dominante a picco sul mare offre una vista spettacolare fino a scorgere le luci di Iraklia. Il cibo da noi provato è stato di ottima qualità con un buon servizio e un conto non eccessivo.

Τοποθεσία μοναδική. Οι εργαζόμενοι είναι ευγενικοί πρόθυμοι και καλοσυνάτοι. Είναι ανειδίκευτοι αλλά αυτό δεν τους εμποδίζει να προσπαθούν να ανταποκρίνονται στις απαιτήσεις των πελατών. Καθαριότητα και προσοχή στα δωμάτια δεν λείπουν απλά δεν είναι απολύτως εξοπλισμένα. Εν κατακλείδι το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα αξίζει να το δοκιμάσετε και να το απολαύσετε.

Villas, nice villas..

On y a passé 3 nuits. Les chambres sont très bien avec une grande terrasse vue sur la mer.
On a aimé la gentillesse des propriétaires qui sont venus nous prendre au port et nous y reconduire.
Bonne maison à conseiller.

Cortesia e disponibilità, camera spaziosa e pulita con ottima vista mare

Πήγαμε να πάρουμε καφέ γιατί ήταν κλειστό το μπαράκι στην πλαζ κοι τιμές ήταν Αθήνας σε πλαστικό ποτήρι.
Νομίζω ότι όταν θέλεις να προσαρμοστείς πρώτα φτιάχνεις την ποιότητα κ μετά την τιμή που κανένας δεν θα στην αρνηθεί.
