The view is incredible of Santorini island. The hotel arranged a transfer for me when I arrived off the ferry. The gentlemen carried our luggage up to the hotel after drop off and were very courteous! Would recommend to anyone coming to Santorini who is willing to pay a little extra for the view!

The Panorama Boutique Hotel was the cleanest hotel, lobby, restaurant, and pool we ever stayed in. The staff was friendly, helpful, and just couldn't do enough for us.

Make sure you get the hotel to arrange transfer from the airport as they have porters to help with luggage, unless you only have carry on you will want help.

Our 4 night stay here was fantastic. We had a room with the Caldera view and it was worth it alone for that. We could watch the sunset every night from the balcony. The room was spacious. The staff were very kind. You get a view from almost all areas of the hotel. The hotel is situated in a prime location in Fira (the centre). Its proximity to the main bus station turned out to be crucial to travel to any where on the island if you don't rent a vehicle.
Absolute gorgeous caldera view from the balcony, and from the rooftop lounge where you'll have your breakfast - the staff here is good too.
Room was clean, bed was comfy, and location of hotel right on main walkway - and very near to the town square and bus terminal.
Only issue is the A/C started making loud whistling noise on our second night: turned it off to get some sleep, and thankfully the room stayed cool the whole time (can't really keep door to balcony open because it was noisy out).
Operating the indoor bath tub can be fiddly too - but it's not a deal breaker.
These however do not in any way detract from the fact that staying at this hotel was ultimately highly recommended.
