卓越的酒店，拥有壮观的破火山口景色，性价比极高。

Cette magnifique maison de capitaine à même la falaise a été restaurée pendant 15 ans.L'emplacement de l'hôtel est exceptionnel avec une vue magnifique sur la caldeira, à couper le souffle.Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et délicieux avec le panorama en prime.Les 19 chambres dégringolent le long d'un escalier dans la roche (certaines chambres troglodytes ressemblent même à des grottes).Un prix qui nous semble justifié, avec une formule possible plus économique en appartements.Excellent rapport qualité-prix (surtout en octobre quand les prix chutent).

Gorgeous location, but definitely not worth almost $400 a night. We had to go down several flights of stairs to get to our room and were told there was no one to carry out suitcases. The walls looked like 101 Dalmatians. We had to remove the clashing tablecloth and slipcover on the chair. No pool, and I could have jumped from our window to the communal hot tub, which we were told at check in didn't have hot water. Towels were dried on the balcony tables of the guests. The kitchen staff and one girl at the desk were lovely.

Lovely position, location and amazing views. Has the worst beds and pillows - very hard and uncomfortable so we didn't sleep well at all! Very nice staff, and particularly Khalil who works his guts out day & night and carried our heavy luggage up and down the hill as we couldn't possibly do it! He deserves a medal ????

Mixed review.
Positives:
- Phenomenal location. Amazing view and close proximity to shops and the bus station.
- Pleasant breakfast. A nice spread of fruits, pastries, yogurt, a boiled egg, slices of meat and cheese, orange juice, and coffee.
- AC works great.
- Staff helped us take our bags down to our room. Front desk was nice and provided a bus schedule and information about the island and tours.

Negatives:
- The rooms could have been cleaner. The mattress had hair under the sheets. A light was out in our room and was not fixed even after we asked the front desk.
- The WiFi signal was terrible in the rooms (decent in the common areas).
- Water heat has to be manually turned on a few minutes before you shower.

Neutral:
- There are a LOT of steps to climb, especially if you have a room near the breakfast area. Obviously there's not much the hotel can do to improve this, but it's something to keep in mind.

Lage Top, Hotel Flop.
Das Zimmer war einfach nur schmutzig und ecklig. Im Badezimmer war überall Schimmel. Neben dem Bett stand ein alter Kühlschrank der sehr laut war in der Nacht. Egal was du anfasst es klebt einfach alles.
Auch das Personal hat sehr wenig Interesse gezeigt und war unfreundlich.
Das Früstück war langweilig und auch nicht sehr lecker. Man merkt das die Früchte schon länger im Kühlschrank stehen. Auch der Kaffee war nicht gut. Hatte jedesmal Bauchschmerzen.
Das Schlimmste ist der arme Papagei der einfach in einem kleinen Käfig gehalten wird. Sehr traurig.

Das einzig positive war die hammer Aussicht und der Sonnenuntergang.
Auch die Lage direkt im Zentrum.
