It was a pleasure to travel on one of the Caldera's boats. It was the cheapest cruise to go to the volcano and Hot Springs. The boat was clean and on time. Ours was Hermes 30, we had a really great time. We really appreciated to have a tour guide who knew how to talk in english, french and italian very well. Thanks a lot, we had a wonderful time !

I am deeply disappointed with Caldera’s Boats. We arrived a full 2 hours early at the Old Port of Fira to ensure we wouldn't miss our trip. Despite our efforts, the boat either departed without us or never set out to begin with. What's even more disheartening is the fact that nobody from the company bothered to contact us to inquire about our whereabouts. To add insult to injury, the woman at the desk was incredibly rude. She raised her voice at us and flat-out refused when we requested a complaint form. I would advise others to think twice before booking with this company.

Reservamos una excursión en barco para ir los aguas termales con un dia de antelación, la señora en el mostrador nos cobró y nos avisó que para acudir al puerto en el teleférico hay que venir un poco antes por el tema de las posibles colas. En el comprobante de la compra-billete pone que tenemos que acudir 60 min antes. Fue lo que hicimos. En el teleférico nos tocó esperar 2(!!!) horas en una cola inhumana. Nadie de la agencia nos llamó para avisarnos ni para preguntar dónde estamos. Al bajar al puerto y al acudir al punto de venta la misma señora del otro dia nos empezó a hablar de manera maleducada diciendo que la culpa es nuestra de haber llegado tarde. La pedimos una hoja de reclamaciones y ella se negó en dárnosla, diciendo que no la tienen en la oficina. Todo eso con el tono de voz subido.

Très bons moments avec un super guide Ulysse (mais qui fait aussi plein d'autres choses sur le bateau). Joli bateau avec organisation ok. A faire
La visite de la caldera traduit pour ceux qui ne parlent pas anglais.
Plein énormes petites attentions adorables, moi qui ai eu le mal de mer sur le ferry, je ne l'ai pas eu.
Notre guide ulysses à une énergie positive communicative, il nous a impressionné parlant 4 langues en plaisantant avec tous les passagers.
Quand nous reviendrons nous le referons avec plaisir.
