Wir haben diese Woche, 2 Schiff-Tickets gekauft für auf die Insel Delos und der Mann an der Kasse (indischer Abstammung) sagte das er bereits die 8€ für mich inklusiv waren und für meine jüngere Schwester sei der Eintritt in Delos gratis. Ich fragte ihn sogar 2x aus Sicherheit.
Als wir in Delos ankamen wurde uns gesagt das ich den Eintritt bezahlen muss, ich sagte aber das ich es bereits gemacht habe, es wurde mir nicht richtig geholfen und ich werde nie mehr etwas kaufen dort. Abzockerei!!!!
Ansonsten war die Insel sehr schön aber da ich etwas veruckt war konnte ich es nicht richtig geniessen.

Alors déjà, site visité le 18 avril, càd le jour des monuments (équivalent de nos journées du patrimoine) : alors que l'entrée est sensée être gratuite, ne vous attendez pas a une ristourne de leur part, car vous paierez le même prix qu'un jour où l'entrée au site est payante (65€ pour la traversée, l'entrée, et le guide).
Ensuite, quand vous réservez les billets en ligne, on vous demande de renvoyer un document pdf signé en retour de mail. Hyper pratique pour les touristes, qui n'ont que leur téléphone portable a disposition.
Enfin, pour la visite guidée en français : la guide grecque avait un debit de parole très lent, parfois nous ne comprenions même pas ce qu'elle voulait dire.
Le site est magnifique bien sûr, mais le reste de l'expérience n'était pas top.

Must see attraction! Smooth & easy transition from start to end!
I booked tickets for two people to visit the island of Delos.
At 8:56 PM, I received a booking confirmation email.
Then, at 9:03 PM, I received another email informing me that the payment had failed and that I could submit a new booking request.
In the meantime, we decided not to go anymore. Since the company had stated that the payment hadn’t gone through, we didn’t make a new booking and chose a different activity.
To my surprise, I later received an invoice and noticed a charge had been made to my bank account.
I immediately sent an email on June 17th to Delos Tour customer service to notify them of this error and to request a refund confirmation.
On June 18th, they responded saying that their accounting department was reviewing my case.
On June 19th, they claimed that I had made multiple booking requests and that one of them had been successful. They also provided a confirmation email as proof—but as I already explained, I received a follow-up email right after saying that the payment had failed.
That same day, I replied to point out their mistake and asked them to provide evidence of the supposed multiple booking attempts.
It is now June 25th, and I have received no reply, no clarification, and no refund.
I strongly advise against using their services. They are dishonest and unprofessional.
