Bar-restaurant très bien situé sur les hauteurs de Kastro avec un cadre sympa et une ambiance qui s'accorde très bien.
Nous y avons très bien diné. Le rapport qualité/prix y est très correct.

We even had to come back two times during our 4-day stay in Sifnos. Really delicious food and desserts! The service was really nice too!

Δημιουργικό μενού. Φαγητό σε αρκετά καλό επίπεδο. Θέα τρομερή. Τιμές ελαφρώς ανεβασμένες αλλά απόλυτα δικαιολογημένες λόγω του σημείου και της εξυπηρέτησης.

Απο τα καλυτερα φαγητα που εχουμε φαει.Πολυ δημιουργικο menu που αξιζει κανεις να γευστει.Αμεση και γρηγορη εξυπηρετηση.Η ατμοσφαιρα ειναι πολυ φιλοξενη και οι ανθρωποι του μαγαζιου φιλικοι,ευχαριστοι και ευγενικοι.

After a long hike from Apollonia we landed at Dolci, Kastro for a much needed drink and some lunch. Fabulous food (Dacos salad, slow cooked lamb pasta & a hazelnut dessert, and a refreshing cocktail or two (refreshing Mojito with ginger). Service was attentive and considerate and the setting & view were spectacular - showing the rugged landscape we had just hiked along. A great spot!!

Le restaurant pourrait être très bien mais la cuisine n’a aucun intérêt, c’est des plats insipides décorés avec de la sauce.
Ils ont réussi à louper leur poulpe.
La qualité du service ne rattrape pas la médiocrité de ce qui il a dans l’assiette.
Heureusement il y a le cadre, mais je dirais qu’ils n’y sont pour rien.

Very unprofessional. We were waiting for the waiter to take us to our table. 2 other people came and cut in line in front of us and the same waiter placed them at the table that we were waiting for. The supervisor was there the whole time and we immediately explained what happened. He then proceeded to tell cheap excuses instead of doing the right thing and place us first at the table we were waiting for.

Calme, vue panoramique et cocktails délicieux
Nous sommes retournés plusieurs fois au Dolci, d'abord pour ses plats, ensuite pour ses cocktails.
Les prix sont un peu plus élevés que la normale mais la qualité des plats s'en ressent, ils sont travaillés frais souvent accompagnés de fleurs et mariant des saveurs originales et uniques.
La vue panoramique joue son rôle, charmeuse et attirante.
Enfin les cocktails, le propriétaire en est un spécialiste et la carte n'est pas en reste, il y en a pour tous les gouts. Déliiicieeux ! rien de mieux que finir une soirée ici avec une bonne petite musique jazz en fond.
