I spent a night there with my husband,on the 25th December.We were ready to leave the room for check out in the morning,everything packed,but I had to apply some cream on my husband's shoulder for muscle pain before going out,so I took off my golden ring ,put it on the mirror table,applied the cream then washed my hands,took the luggage and went out of the room,forgetting to pick and wear the ring again.The cleaning lady was outside the room in the hallway seeing us leave.We took the lift down ,but just as we reached the ground floor,without even coming out of the lift,I remembered about the ring so went back up and went in the room again ,but the ring was taken.I asked the cleaner but she pretended not to know any English,she called another friend who said they hadn't entered the room and they moved furniture,sheets and blankets claiming I might have dropped or lost the ring.There are no security cameras in the halls of the hotel to prove the theft,so I left the hotel so heartbroken because I didn't lose my ring,it was stolen from me in a matter of seconds.I expected at least a phone call from the management,but it never happened. ☹️
