We booked for three nights we (barely) stayed one. We were two adults and two small kids. The first room they gave us, wasn't very clean. The (white) fabric on the chairs was dirty, the dark curtains half hanging and the air-condition didn't work. We spent the night as we arrive late in the evening and in the morning we mentioned to the reception the issue with the air-condition. They offered to move us to another one which proved to be even dirtier. Towels and bedsheets with black marks, the bathroom sink with hair, one of the spoons was used (had coffee mark), under the beds we found biscuits crumbles, an empty soda can, a pair of socks and dirt. We freaked out, packed our things and left. I told the reception about. The breakfast not that good also. It's the only hotel in the area and it's a pity not to be taken care of. Everything is old and used. It needs an extreme make over. Plus it's unacceptable that they DON'T accept credit/debit cards, only cash.
