Απειρα εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικο προσωπικο. Πραγμα σπανιο.
Αρκετα καλό το πρωινο για τα στανταρ των πρωινων που προσφερουν αλλα ξενοδοχεια που εχουμε επισκεφθεί τριγύρω.
Καθαρα δωμάτια που χρήζουν ομως ανακαίνισης.
Δεν εχει καλη ηχομόνωση.
Three of the four staff members we dealt with daily were helpful and friendly and tried to help us with our halting Greek. The other guy was less patient with us, but people are people.
The complementary breakfast was great, with juice, coffee, yogurt, fruit, olives, hard boiled eggs, and a large assortment of breads with butter, cheese, honey and marmalade.
The room we chose was small, but we weren't in Athens to spend time in our room. The bed was comfortable, the refrigerator worked, and the sink, shower and toilet were clean and functional. With the French doors open, we could hear the street sounds (it is Plaka), but with the doors closed and the air conditioner on, the noise from the street one floor below was not intrusive.
If we are ever in Athens again, and have not won the lottery, we will probably stay at the Hotel Nefeli again.
