Μύριζε μούχλα το δωμάτιο.
Ας ταξιδέψουν στο εξωτερικό οι κύριοι να δουν πως είναι τα ξενοδοχεία.
Μας έδωσαν σε δωμάτιο άλλο από αυτό που είχαμε κλείσει
(Πήραν την γυναίκα μου μετά από την κριτική της και της είπαν ντροπή σας)
Ας ταξιδέψουν στο εξωτερικό οι κύριοι να δουν πως είναι τα ξενοδοχεία.
Μας έδωσαν σε δωμάτιο άλλο από αυτό που είχαμε κλείσει

Excellent service and staff!!

For the price, this place is just perfect. It's RIGHT in the centre in a very safe area, it's clean and well equipped and the staff are SO nice and service minded.

Location is excellent, a minute away from Monastiraki.
The room was extremely austere, like a room in a monastery. Bathroom was a mess, it didn't even have a wall shower. And service was extremely poor. when we arrived I realized there was not the controls of the TV and the AC. I asked for them at the reception, and the answer was they were there and we haven't seen them (as we were stupid or blind). Next day, there was another man, and I told him again there were not the controls, and the story changed: he told me the previous guest took them in his luggage. At midday when I returned to the room, there was not one, but two controls for the AC, but in the night when we returned again, there was none!!! When I asked for them for the third time, the first man told me the controls were in the room, and he went to the room, and without permission and in a very bad manner he entered and touched our clothes and stuff looking for the controls. Unbelievable!! We told him to get out. The next day that man, apologize and told us that they removed the controls because they weren't programmed for the AC in the room.
Management: You can't enter to the guest rooms without permission and while guests are in the room. It's an incredible violation of their privacy!!!

Είχα κάνει την κράτηση 1,5 μήνα νωρίτερα, δίκλινο για μια βράδια .
Από κοντά το δωμάτιο δεν είχε καμία σχέση με αυτά που διαφημίζει ένα πασίγνωστο site κρατήσεων . Ο χώρος ήταν μια τρύπα , ίσα ίσα χωρούσε το κρεβάτι και ένα κομοδίνο, επικρατούσε μια δυσάρεστη μυρωδιά μούχλας , οι τοίχοι λεκεδιασμενοι , μέσα υπήρχε μόνο ένα WC και πάνω στον νιπτήρα ένα χρησιμοποιημένο ξυράφι , στο κρεβάτι τρίχες μαλλιών πάνω στο μαξιλάρι , βρώμικο πάτωμα , ο κύριος που ήταν στην ρεσεψιόν το επόμενο πρωί ρωτούσε πότε θα φύγουμε ( 9 η ώρα το πρωί ) ενώ μας είχαν ενημερώσει ήδη πως το check out γίνεται 11:00 π.μ , επομένως δεν βρίσκω το λόγο να γίνονται τόσο πιεστικοι . Προσφάτως έστειλα την κρητική μου και στο Booking , και οι "κύριοι" με περίσσιο θράσος μπήκαν στον κόπο να με πάρουν τηλέφωνο να με ρωτήσουν γιατι έκανα αυτήν την αξιολόγηση,βρίζοντας παράλληλα ( ντροπή μου κτλ) ,
πως δεν φταίνε αυτοί που έκανα εγώ την κράτηση τελευταία στιγμή ( 1,5 μήνα πριν υπενθύμιζω????) και πως δεν είχαν κάπου αλλού να με βάλουν , απλά θλιβερό ..
