Upon arrival, we were dismayed to find that our room lacked air conditioning. Despite the discomfort this caused, we were further frustrated by the absence of phones in the rooms to contact reception. The inconvenience was exacerbated by the trek to the reception area, only to find it unmanned most of the time. It became apparent that the entire facility was managed by just one person, whose demeanor could be described as rude at times.
While there were moments of respite when Maria (not the one with tattoos) was on duty, interactions with other staff members left much to be desired. The breakfast offered resembled more of a hostel fare, and to add insult to injury, almost every item apart from eggs and bread incurred additional charges.
Furthermore, the hotel's location atop a bar meant that noise levels were intolerable, especially during soccer game nights when the revelry continued until the early hours of the morning.
In summary, my stay was marred by inadequate amenities, poor service, and a lackluster dining experience. I would caution potential guests against expecting the luxury and sophistication promised by the hotel's facade.
