Beautiful hotel, with superb rooms and balcony. Staff very smiling and helpful. Ideal location, around many bars and restaurants and just 10mn away from the acropole. Unfortunately, during our stay the hotel was doing some renovation work. They started everyday from 8am (beautiful sound of the drill). We could not have the rest we imagine we would have during our holidays.. From 11am, the hotel was very quiet. It is really too bad that they dont do that in the afternoon...
Update: I booked early (2 months ago) and I swear I did not received / see ANYTHING regarding the renovation works. Still, why the hell are they made in the morning where people are supposed to sleep...

Elegant rooms with a spectacular view! The breakfast was delicious. I loved the corridors with some unique pieces of art!! We stayed on the 5th floor so there was no noise from the square but I am not sure that the first and second floor will be as quiet as our room.

Dieses Hotel ist super gelegen, die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich, allerdings gibt es keine wirkliche Lobby, der Empfangsraum ist sehr spartanisch gestaltet. In unserem Zimmer im 4. Stock hätten wir ohne Schallschutzfenster den Straßenlärm - nicht Autos, sondern die Gastronomie - nicht überleben können, ab Mitternacht geht es dann aber.
I travel a lot, use to stay at 5 stars hotel, its not :)
Its a 3/4 star good hotel.
The biggest problem and therefore the rating - is the noise, the double glass isnt enough for the location, the noise over the weekend is terrible, you can hear the loud music and people shouting in the street.
I guess they do the maximum to reduce noise, but it’s not price worthy nor 5 stars worth those conditions.
