Wir haben als Familie zu viert auf dem Weg nach Dalmatien eine Nacht in diesem wunderschönen Hotel verbracht. In einem Park am Fluss gelegen bietet das Hotel Ruhe, aber auch Sportgelegenheiten: ein Bolzplatz, Rasenflächen und ein Basketballkorb sind nebendran, ein Flussschwimmbad ist in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft gelegen.
Der Service ist ausgesprochen freundlich, das Frühstück OK, die Kinder haben den Pool und die Sauna im Keller ausgiebig genutzt.
Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat für Kühle in der schwülwarmen Hitze gesorgt, das Zimmer hatte einen guten Standard.
Wir können das Hotel unbedingt empfehlen.

Fantastic experience. Rooms were made every morning. Breakfast was great. Staff were very serviceminded and very nice in general. Resturant was also very delicious. All in all great hotel.

All staff from concierge to the dining room were very kind, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The hotel room was clean, cozy and warm and had a beautiful river view. We stayed in a family room that comfortably accommodated two adults and three children. We are planning our return, and would highly recommend it to anyone when in Karlovac!
My company signed the quotation you sent to us, considering it an agreement. However, it seems that the agreement was not fully honored. The quotation clearly stated one room per person for the five individuals we mentioned, with specific details about the booked nights and types of rooms. We booked our stay based on this agreement, and there were no cancellations from our side. Yet, upon our arrival, we did not receive the rooms as specified in the quotation, causing a significant inconvenience.
Additionally, we did eat at the hotel. On the last evening, I ordered salmon with grilled vegetables, and my colleague had gnocchi with meat, but both dishes turned out to be disappointing in terms of taste and quality. The night before, my colleague ordered a cherry tomato salad, which consisted solely of whole cherry tomatoes without any seasoning, such as salt, pepper, basil, or olive oil. It was essentially a supermarket-level preparation.
During our business trip, we requested separate rooms for each guest and received a signed quotation. To refresh the memory of the hotel manager's memory (if she've ever studied basic law and accounting), a quotation is a formal statement outlining the estimated cost for a specific job or service. When both parties agree to the quotation's conditions, the provider is expected to deliver the service, and the client should pay accordingly. Unfortunately, the service provided did not align with the quotation you provided, and we both acknowledge this discrepancy.
Upon our arrival, we were informed that due to a "water issue," my colleague and I had to share a room for at least two nights. This arrangement required us to pass through each other's bedrooms for basic activities like showering or accessing the closet, which significantly compromised our privacy. This lack of professionalism was concerning.
When we requested a reasonable discount due to these inconveniences, our request was denied.
Additionally, the hotel manager often made us feel wrong, despite the fundamental principle in the service industry that the client is always right. For instance, there were some issues with VAT, and we were completely in the right, but the manager insisted we were wrong and invented various excuses.
Regarding the overall experience, it's safe to say that the hotel is HAS BEEN. The food quality is awful.
