TIMEOUT HERITAGE HOTEL ZAGREB

Hotel je u samom centru, do trga B. Jelacica. Idealna lokacija, sobe su uredne sa dobrom klimatizacijom i internetom, na krovu hotela imate OUT Rooftop bar, a u podrumu imate jedan od poznatiji nocnih klubova OUT Bunker, gosti su prijetezno mladje populacije tako da je idealno mjesto za provod i fin ugodjaj ..

Perfekt, alles bestens.

All that is really great about this hotel is location - it's located in the center of Zagreb. However the room was super small, way overpriced for my taste (90 € per person per day with breakfast) and badly insulated; I could hear the loud music from outside until about 4 am and the cigarette smoke was somehow coming in through the closed door. The hotel was reported to have 4 stars, but I don't know how they got them... Breakfast, which was served from 8:00-10:30, was cold even couple of minutes after 8 and every other "clean" plate was dirty. The room, where they served breakfast, was really dim and so cold that people had to wear winter jackets inside. The personnel however was really nice, but that's about it. If I were to get really really, really drunk and/or party all night I might have not mind, but if kind of sober and just want to spend a night after a town scroll - not the best experience. To conclude, if you are a party animal with lost of disposable income and would like to have a college-experience-type party-stay, this could be a hotel for you, if not, it's better to stear clear.

Noisy, full of smoke and a bit smelly! Let the people know that there is bar with HIGH volume inside the hotel with no noise insulation at the rooms. I am wondering if this allowed by the city regulations!!!
