terrible hotel. There are parties in the rooms. shouted in the hallways, doors slammed. sleeping is not possible. Nobody at the reception cares and they don't care.

Don’t go here if u value sleep. We were here on a weekend trip and slept on the third floor. After 11, the club opens and all you can hear is the disturbing music from the club on the ground floor. Isolation is terrible, also on the hallway; you hear everything what is happening on the same floor.

On the contrary note, the staff was really nice and the location too. However, we just did not expect a 4-star hotel (to be honest, it was more a hostel) to be this loud and disturbing. Will never come back and would definitely not recommend this to anyone.

Io non so' il criterio con cui danno le stelle in Croazia, ma dare 4 stelle a questo hotel mi sembra esagerato, credo sia un onesto 3 stelle. Se hai più di 35 anni non prendere una stanza qui! Se hai la malaugurata sventura di arrivare come me alla sera ti trovi all'entrate di un locale serale super affollato e caotico, dove non sai dove andare, per fortuna un cliente visto che avevo la valigia a seguito mi ha indicato la reception che era in fonto al locale; quindi con la mia valigia a farmi strada tra la folla per fare il check-in, giustamente per andare in camera ho dovuto riattraversare la folla, sempre con la valigia, per arrivare all'ascensore. La camera era oscena probabilmente di stile industry... il letto era letteralmente fatto con i tubi innocenti da cantiere e dei tavolacci con sopra il materasso, il bagno era quasi decente. Apro il frigo bar: vuoto! Penso sono in un hotel che un locale ristorante aperto sempre , un cocktail bar sul tetto e un disco club e ho il frigo vuoto... ci sarò sicuramente un servizio in camera... NO! 3 bar e niente da bere o magiare! Il prezzo alla fine è onesto per quello che offre, sicuramente un hotel.

I would like to express my disappointment with the recent stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was not up to the expected standard. One major concern was the noise from the hotel's club, making it impossible for guests to sleep before 3-4 am. Despite several complaints, it seemed that the issue was not addressed.

For future bookings, it would be helpful if such details are communicated, as it may impact the decision to choose this hotel. While I understand that preferences vary, it might be beneficial to highlight potential noise disturbances.

Additionally, the breakfast experience was less than satisfactory. Arriving at 09:30, there was very little left, and what remained was cold. It appeared that there was no attention to replenishing items, and the overall quality of the breakfast left much to be desired.

In summary, my stay was not a pleasant one, and I would reconsider staying at this hotel in the future. I hope this feedback can contribute to improvements in the overall guest experience.
