Sjajna usluga i ambijent.

like being able to access everything from our hotel. breakfast was worth the extra money. Very clean and pleasant staff.

We checked out of doubletree and moved mid holiday (faulty towers) to Sheraton Zagreb which excelled on every level, food service location first class and 33% cheaper than the double tree Hilton. Don’t make the same mistake book the Sheraton faultless five star service.

Literie très confortable, chambres bien isolées du bruit, le service est très bien , merci à l’équipe de l’hôtel ( ont été très réactifs suite à l’oubli d’un objet à l’hôtel)

扎格拉市區飯，房間通道與房間感覺使用期有比較久。大廳與餐廳，酒吧應該是有重新裝潢。
晚餐三道式，整體算是普通。
早餐菜色蠻多的有不少選擇。
市區飯店方便於city tour 。
五星級飯店，房間有冷氣喔！

فندق متميز جدا بموقعه وطاقمه الرائع فى التعامل مع الزبائن يجعل اقامتك فيه ذكرى طيبة

The old Zagreb hotel with high quality service and great cuisine.

Staying at the Sheraton in Zagreb was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warmth and professionalism. The cleaning service was exceptional, with attention to detail and a genuine kindness that made my stay even more enjoyable.
One of the highlights of my experience was the hotel's fantastic location. Situated in the heart of Zagreb, it provided easy access to all the city has to offer, from historic landmarks to vibrant nightlife.
Overall, my stay at the Sheraton in Zagreb was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in this beautiful city.

Jedan od boljih hotela. Tu je nekad davno bio luna-park i gabariti su nešto manji od standarda Sheratona.

Im Zimmer leider kein wirklicher Schrank um etwas abzulegen, sehr komfortable Betten, schöner Wellnessbereich aber leider nicht durchwegs gepflegt, keine Ladestation in der Garage (zumindest eine wäre in einem 5* Hotel wünschenswert)

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel entre 2 trajets. L’hôtel est correct et nous avons bien dormi ici. Le petit déjeuner est bon avec un buffet à volonté disponible jusqu’à 11h. Le lieu est calme et proche de la gare et de la gare routière.
En revanche l’hôtel mériterait un petit rafraîchissement, notamment dans les chambres, les couloirs et la salle de sport (où typiquement sur un vélo il y un chargeur d’iPhone d’il y a 15ans).

As a long years of being F&B on cruise ships a world traveler and big experience from the hotel industry, I will say the following:
Fantastic experience there... been staying for few days, rooms perfect and well equpt with all bits and pieces and apliances. Cleaning lady always great us in the hall way.
Staff very friendly and helpfull. Front desk girls very attentive to help and always greeting us. Fast check-ing.
Room clean and tidy. Bed soft, linnen very clean and need. Radio had like 6 sleeping calming sounds. Love it. Lights and bathroom and towels - all perfect.
Two ladys at breakfast time very friendly and always dbl checking if we need anything. Menu for breakfast is wide and so many things to enjoy, food great, fresh and well prepared and well presented on display. One girl always brings some more fresh juices and coffee station well prepared. So many things to choose for breakfast. Tables clean and spacy. 2-3 boys waiters for breakfast time - were spot on. Alejandro served us esspresso the first breakfast, and next day he remembered and bring again just the way we like it. Always spot on ( him and his 2 colleagues ) asking if we need something else and some more juice and coffee... give us peace and leasure to eat our meal, clean tables when all are finished eating , offering second round of coffee, refill.... great team. Two ladies at the desk for breakfast always with smile and greeting us and making sure all is perfect....
Overall great Sheraton team and one of the rare ones I may say that is doong amazing job to make guest feel well taking care of. Great combination of domestic experienced staff with fresh workers from abroad.

Tu stvarno nisi samo kao gost, već ko doma. Nakon dodjele nagrade, zvali su me s recepcije da sam nešto zaboravila na stolu. Nisu zanemarili, već se potrudili. ????????????
