Príjemný hotel, izba útulná, čistá. Na izbe bol televízor, 2 poháre, poličky na odkladanie, wifi stabilné, stôl, stolička. Milý personál na recepcii aj v reštaurácii. Dalo sa platiť kartou a oceňujeme parkovanie v podzemnej garáži za poplatok.

Ugodan hotel, cist i s domacom atmosferom, momci na recepciji vam se trude odgovoriti na pitanja i spremni pomoci. Hotel je blizu tramvajske stanice tako da vam prakticki za setnju po Zagrebu ne treba automobil, postoji vanjski parking i garaža, dorucak u hotelu je super opcija i veoma je raznovrsan, za veceru imaju izvrsne pizze kao njihov specijalitet

The hotel is very nice with a cozy ambience, staff really polite and friendly. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, clean and inviting, the only "flaw" were a few power outlets that didn't work. The food in the hotel restaurant I didn't try, but judging by how crowded it was, I guess it's very good. I will definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

Excellent hotel due to its location. Convenient for the airport shuttle, bus terminal as well as trams. Have been returning to this hotel for years.

Went only for lunch and coffee. (Actually tried to go for coffee) it is unclear what is the restaurant offering policy of the hotel. It seems it is all up to the cook himself.... If he does not feel like working, you can only get pizza at lunchtime. Sometimes you can order some more.

Waiters are few and cannot cover entire venue if it gets more than 50% occupancy.

I guess the owner needs to rethink what is the business model. Being located in heart of business center, they might offer a bit more.

Venue looks nice, thought.

Located just a 10 minute walk from the bus terminal, no need to call a taxi. This hotel is reasonably priced with a wonderful lobby. Couches and bookshelves, antique objects and a good vibe. Breakfast was “ok” to “good”. Just right for a quick in-and-out weekend stay in Zagreb. Close to Green and Gold building.

Great stay, right in the middle of the business center - I only had to pass the street to go to work. Check-in was simple and easy, rooms are accessible via elevator straight from the garage. The room was warm, cozy, and clean. The provided breakfast was good and had good options. All in all very satisfied for a short stay.

Habitación descuidada, no sacaron papel de carrocero, el espejo sin colgar y dentro del armario, no tenía el cartón de no molestar.
Desayuno: a las 09:45 no quedaba café y no repusieron, al pedir café me sugirieron un capuchino pero me lo cobraron a parte del desayuno.A las diez en punto retiraron todo el autoservicio del desayuno con la gente aún sin terminar el suyo.Los únicos amables los chicos de recepción y la chica joven que atiende el bar del comedor.La suma de pequeños detalles te hacen estar a disgusto.
