Great location and great views. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel interior had classic decor. Very bright and fresh. The Imperial Bar server Dominik made our stay. Very customer oriented and professional. Made great cocktails and espresso. He takes great pride in his craft. He also gave great recommendations for local scenery and restaurants. The restaurant that served the breakfast buffet is a server named Damir. He definitely went out of his way to accommodate my husband and I. You can't beat the location of this hotel. It's literally 100 meters from Old Town. This place is just perfect!

Beautiful property located very close to attractions. Nice rooms, good breakfast options, and lounge. Excellent service. We had great experience staying here.
I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my stay, it was simply amazing. The view from the room I they have upgraded me to as a diamond member is incredible and even sitting on the balcony was quiet.
The AC worked properly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room was always spotless, turndown service with little chocolate on pillows makes the bedtime super comfortable. The reception, breakfast and executive lounge team are so friendly, helpful and efficient, making the stay completely stress free. We look forward to staying at this magnificent place next time!
Highly recommended. Loved hiking the Srj, easy hike behind the hotel, so much nicer than taking the cable car.
