Lovely hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff and great location close to Pile gate. Excellent breakfast buffet with a wide range of choices and hot food to order (pancakes, waffles, eggs). Many sites and restaurants within walking distance. Made use of the steam room, sauna and indoor pool which were not busy at all. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend if you are looking for a hotel close to the main tourist area in Old Town. However look elsewhere if you want more of a resort hotel with an outdoor pool.

Room was small for the price, and the bathroom was 3-star in size and quality. Other than that, I found the staff helpful, the breakfast very good, and the location unbeatable.

Hilton Imperial was one of the best places we have recently stayed at. If I could I would give 6 stars. We were spoiled from the very first minute of our arrival until the very end.
Everybody is extremely nice and friendly. The service is of a very high quality standard. We were treated as diamond members with all the perks and more. Our room was spacious, beautiful and has amazing views of the sea and the old city which is just a couple of minutes walk. Nearest beach was also just a couple of minutes on foot which makes it very convenient for a quick swim. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant is very nice. We ended up having two dinners here as the quality and presentation of meals was very good.
Special shout out to Ivana in the restaurant, it was always nice to see here smile at breakfast, what a great start to our days. The building itself is very beautiful and nicely decorated.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler who appreciates high level of hospitality.

Great location next to city walls gate and a great hotel with historic grandeur and a great terrace.
We stayed on the 4th floor with room facing old walls and was a large room with big bed and good bathroom. What you would expect from a Hilton in a prime location..
Good service but Spa and pool closed so they put on a free transfer to the Rixos. Bonus.
