Had issues with bathroom sink clogging up and shower door not closing and leaking water all over the bathroom floor. Was offered option of room change the first day but when I tried to talk to the receptionist next day, he said no without even listening to the complete issue after making me wait for more than 10 mins. He just said to wait more and talked to other customers who just came behind me.
The staff first day of checkin was new to the job but more professional and more respectful than the guy I talked to the next day. Worse part of it all, I am stuck on this hotel for 6 more days if I don't want to make a big deal out of it. Please take your business elsewhere. I should have read other reviews about hotel conditions before booking.

Great resort with excellent amenities (swimming pool, water slides, basketball court, volleyball etc), variety of breakfast, lunch (brunch) and dinner. Sea view and easy access to beach. A lot of options for kids and adults alike to relax and have fun. Maro World (kids indoor park) was complimentary with the stay. Overall best place to stay with family and friends.
