Situé sur Uvala Sumratin à Babin Kuk dans un quartier prisé de Dubrovnik, cette élégante propriété qui ne comporte que 6 chambres est très reposante.On s'y sentirait un peu comme dans sa résidence secondaire privée tant l'atmosphère invite à la détente.Complètement rénovée en 2002, la villa offre une belle vue sur la baie de Lapad depuis les charmantes chambres et depuis la belle terrasse.Le restaurant au pied de la villa propose une cuisine méditerranéenne à la carte.Bains bouillonnants, Internet, room service, minibar et accès à la mer en quelques secondes.

The location is amazing. Room views are awesome. It wasn’t perfectly clean and room decorations are pretty old. Our bathroom was not up-to-date and the shower was covered in calcium residue. But all in all, with our reservation from months ago, it was great value.

Sehr hübsches kleines Hotel mit nur 6 Zimmern. Zimmer schön und sauber. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit einem wundervollen Ausblick genossen! Lage insgesamt sehr schön, ganz gute Busanbindung in die Innenstadt, kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz in der Nähe, war auch immer was frei (Ende Oktober). Kleiner Wermutstropfen sind die 60 Stufen zum Hotel mit Koffer. Aber der Herr an der Rezeption hat netterweise mit angepackt.

We echo previous reviews..a gem of a little hotel. Excellent location with beautiful panoramic views across the Lapad bay, access to surrounding beaches, walks and local amenities.
Even though the rooms were dated they were very comfortable, air-conditioned and spotlessly clean, provision of beach towels and good breakfasts
Hiwever What makes this hotel is its staff...friendly ,professional and attentive Very proud of their heritage and happy to share their knowledge of Croatia and the local area. Many thanks to Niksa,Srdan Ivica Aliosa. Not forgetting Edita
I loved the private garden below the terrace and the plants/shrubs on the terrace but there was a sense of neglect.
Maybe after the busy season there will be some time to tend to the maintenance and gardening. Thank you for a relaxing and memorable visit to your beautiful city

Hervorragender Service sehr freundliches Personal. Klein und feines Hotel, direkt oberhalb der Uferpromenade. Besonders schön: hochterrasse mit tollem Ausblick über die Bucht und großzügigen Liegen / Sitzmöbeln. Altstadt mit Bus leicht erreichbar. Gerne wieder.
