2003年，来自克罗地亚的年轻美国人迈克重新装修了这座历史悠久的建筑，它位于老城的第二条街道上，与皮尔门相邻。他是一个古老的旅行者，也是一个非常古老的青年旅馆，可以接待三层楼的五人。另外几间客房都有特别的保护措施，并配有一个衣柜。良好的接待和多种服务，就像通常在青年旅馆里一样。美食分享，公共沙龙，可与其他旅行者见面，服务周到。

Lage ist top. Doch die Zimmer sind extrem klein, es gibt keinen Lift oder Klimaanlage. Im Sommer ist unerträglich, wie im Ofen. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Habe eine Kakerlake in meinem Zimmer gefunden. Die Zimmer sind auch extrem klein, ich konnte nicht mal meinen Koffer öffnen

The worst attention we have ever had in a hostel around the world. We had problems three times in 3 nights. Also be careful if you are a group because despite you make the reservation altogether you may have different rooms with any notice. If you are coming in summer, as they don’t have AC you are going to have a really hot night.

Excelente ubicación y el personal muy amable. Le faltaría para darle 5 estrellas aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Dubrovnik es muy caluroso en julio y es muy necesario el aire acondicionado
