We had a lovely meal with the veal and lamb “peke” (under the bell). It was delicious, the meat was just falling off the bone, and the prices were very reasonable compared to the average price in Dubrovnik. We sat in the terrace looking over the marina, and that was great too. The road below is under construction, but don’t let that put you off.

Lovely restaurant, with genuinely friendly, excellent staff. Ate here several times - fish, salads, pizza and local specialities were all great. Definitely recommend. V

Prenotata la pecara di folpo...eccezzionale! Vino della casa buono, servizio ottimo e personale gentilissimo e preparato. Siamo stati sulla terrazza sopra e l'unico neo è la vista sul porto, che a causa delle grandi navi e dei lavori in corso, non è il massimo. Prezzi: dimenticatevi la convenienza degli anni passati. Ora si spende di più che in italia: calcolate 50-70€ a testa. Le pizze partono da 15€!

You MUST go to Konoba if you’re in the harbour area of Dubrovnik. We were lucky enough to find this lovely restaurant and we’re so pleased we did. A lovely warm welcome, a beautiful roof top terrace with a stunning view of the harbour, our waiter was utterly delightful and the food, oh the food!!! Fantastic local cuisine. It’s simple, fresh, lovely flavours, beautifully cooked, reasonably priced and good portions. In fact, it was so good we ate here three nights running and every night was the same quality. Meat, fish, pizza, salad, desserts, it was all so so good. The staff make you feel so welcome, and they’re so helpful and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
