Мы заранее забронировали машину, оплатили 90 euro. Когда пришли ее забирать наша карта не подошла для депозита. Мы попробовали 3 карты, сотрудник sixt сказал что одна из нихх подходит. Мы с комиссией перевели туда деньги и когда снова начали оплачивать депозит он сказал что карта не подходит. В итоге мы провели там час и сотрудник сказал что ни одна из наших карт не подходит и машину нам не дадут. Никаких вариантов не предложил. Мы потеряди предоплату. Некому не рекмендую эту фирму.

Great service, friendly staff, didn't use scare tactics to upsell. Felt sorry for staff stuck in such a hot room.

We got really nice car! It was new and clean, and very good car. Their office is usually busy so come earlier because you will probably wait in line, but thats okay. Guy working in their office in Rixos hotel was polite and friendly, helped us a lot. I dont know why so many bad reviews here, we had great experience and we recommend Sixt in Dubrovnik!

Waited in line for an hour before the staff shared that Sixt’s IT systems were down globally. There were no way to restart or any manual alternatives. Apparently this happened the day before as well. Had to wait for another hour before systems were working again and another 30mins before it reached my turn. Ended up severely impacting my plans for the day.

Car provided had several damages on body, driver door cannot even opened properly due to a damaged coming from side accident. I booked sixt insurance for body damages before I saw the vehicle but it was not necessary, I tried to request to change the contract to remove unless insurance and no properly solution proposed.

When I returned car in Split Airport, girl at reception told me that there was an scratch on driver wheel arch which was not notified on the car. In that moment, I thought it was a joke camera filming… car completely damaged on driver side and girl claiming a scratch which it was already on vehicle, thanks that I had pictures of all areas before driving.
I have written 3 emails to costumer services with not answer.

I extremely disapointed. I will not rent a car anymore with Sixt.
